The driving force behind the success of Dick & Sue Home Finders lies with Principal Joleen Stapelberg. For the past 22 years Joleen has been carrying on with the same level of dedication, professionalism and work ethic that was instilled by her parents and former owners, Dick and Sue, who started the agency in 1988.
The success of the team is based on the numerous property shows, the wide coverage provided by our real estate boards in areas, advertisements in the local press and on the internet and, the flyers we distribute in all the surrounding areas.
Our well-trained administration team is there to smoothly process the daily admin and other office tasks with financial institutions, lawyers, sellers, buyers, and so forth to ensure an effortless experience for all our clients.
We pride ourselves in the manner we handle every property transaction, including our rental property transaction, from the strict system we follow to our informed and highly educated office manager.
